Shipping
We ship all orders free of charge within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the package.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery per our Refund Policy. Custom and engraved items are final sale.
Limitation of Liability
The Lab and AJG Diamonds LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in dispute.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
