REFUND POLICY
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging and IGI certificate. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original materials including the IGI grading report. Items showing signs of wear, modification, or damage will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@thelabdiamondco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return shipping label within 1 business day. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and special-order stones are final sale and cannot be returned. This is noted clearly at the time of custom order placement.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on rings within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact support@thelabdiamondco.com to arrange an exchange.
