SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping
All orders ship free of charge. There is no minimum order threshold. Shipping cost is $0 on every order, every time.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Custom and special-order pieces have longer lead times, which are communicated at the time of order.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Packaging
All pieces ship in The Lab branded packaging — a matte black box with foam insert, tissue, and a certificate sleeve for the IGI grading report. Packaging is discreet — no jewelry branding on the outer shipping box.
Signature Required
Orders over $1,000 require an adult signature on delivery. For orders under $1,000, signature is optional. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice for pickup or redelivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in a future update. Contact us at support@thelabdiamondco.com to inquire about specific international orders.
